CEO

Charles Bingham, DO

I grew up on a family farm in small town Oklahoma which sparked my first passion; Land.

This association led me to fire-fighting and thus EMS which lead me to my second passion; Medicine.

I graduated Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2017 and am currently practicing Family Medicine in Northern Pennsylvania.

I never let go of the idea of land but over the years my goal has shifted from owning raw land to investing in real estate. Now, the time has come to return focus to my first passion.

I'm the big-picture, people-focused side of the business.

Samantha Bingham, DO

I grew up an Army Brat and wanted to be a Doctor from the time I could walk. I graduated Oklahoma College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2018 and am currently practicing Family Medicine in Northern Pennsylvania.

For me, medicine was always my calling and my goal. Now that I'm living my dream it's time to look for a new mission. What better to focus my efforts on than supporting my husband achieve his passion?

I'm the minutia-oriented, technology-focused side of the business.
